Tantric Exchanges

Tantric exchanges  can be experienced with nature as well as with other people! The Tantric symbol of  Shakti/Shiva (God/Goddess) sexual love is a symbol, which has excellent  applications in the sexual realm, but it can be very restrictive to limit it to that. Tantra teaches how to keep up a powerful, pure, and harmonious connection energetically with everything around us, on a physical level and on all the levels which each thing exists in simultaneously.  We can play with the elements, fully experiencing them, dancing them, celebrating them. We can look so deeply in the eyes of some animals, we see the Source of  Ultimate Love. We can sit on a hard red boulder in a canyon and meditate, flashing and pulsing, merging into a oneness with the canyon.

Maithuna the Sacred Sexual Rite

We can see the energy between our hands and berries as we pick them, with gratitude and respect. Picking or eating plants thoughtlessly demeans their lives and their sacrifice of them. The sacred sexual rite, the Maithuna, is “forbidden to gluttons”. Really look at the plants or produce, see them for what they are, letting their colors glow at you to provide you the spectrum you need. Resonance with the food is required for proper digestion. Our very bones, those crystalline antennae, need to vibrate in tune with that which we make a part of us. How can we really resonate with the foods we eat?

Feel what that plant, say that lovely piece of Red Swiss Chard, feels like “from its own viewpoint”, as you find its corresponding vibration within yourself. Red chard has a brilliant green leaf with an incredibly red stalk that radiates its color through arteries out through the leaf, like explosive Tantric energies. The bold color thrusting forth is strong, the red of the Kunda chakra, the vortex at the base of the spine where the Kundalini lies in potential, ready to leap up through your stalk, radiating out to the world. Dance with it.  Hold it up to other things around you and notice the artistic color and texture combinations. Dance it, acting out its forceful beauty of  vivid life force.

Tantra is a way of feeling your own energy, and also your partner’s.  A way to feel the energy that circulates through the pathways. If your partner in sharing appreciation of the moment is a living plant, you can feel the energy of your connection spinning. Studies have shown that plants tune their frequencies to match ours when we meditate with them.  Feel that vibrational attunement, learning  from its input, and giving it the Love it likes. Let the love flow through you both. Hold the now-familiar leaf of red chard to each chakra and let the intensity build, accelerating your vibrations to the strongest flow of awareness and bliss. Feel the same energy flow through the stalk of the chard. Flow as one.  Close your eyes and raise them. Breathe your attention from your tailbone to your skull.  See the light that forms. Hold your breath. Let your consciousness expand.

Flow as one with the gardens and the forests and their creatures. Dance the souls of animals. Dance water. Dance garlic.

Tantra Yoga’s Vital Part

The relationship between what we ingest and put on our bodies is a vital part of Tantra Yoga. It’s impossible to be a Tantrika and eat poorly, not care about the life of the plants and the earth. All substances are seen as the living, loving, divine consciousness. This applies to eating semen and rubbing on the body. Semen is recommended as a dietary supplement as well as for alchemical sexual magic. But the semen of a man who eats a toxic diet is like poison. The semen of a man with a pure diet can be like nectar. Even if semen is thrust into the vagina, it absorbed somewhat.

Tantric Exchanges

Consider what is being put into the woman. Is it toxic residue, or is it high level protein? Does it carry the emotional imprint of anger, insecurity, cheap lust, and fear, or does it benefit with a compatible imprint of love and joy and balance? A woman’s chalice is the receptacle of the Shiva essence, and she should honor it within her.

Semen combined with orgasmic juices, when both partners are highly advanced Tantric practitioners, making love Tantrikly, but without extracting the essence out of the semen, creates an elixer. This can be imprinted with high consciousness or magic and radiated out into any project, or into the world in general. It can be removed from the vagina and employed in any number of  magical ways. It can be used on the meridians and toned into as a conduit of  blissful light. It can be used as a psychotronic witness to contact the other partner psychically, if worn, for example, in a container. It can be rubbed on the third eye, before a Tantric kiss, in which the third eyes are aligned. Saliva helps create more of a conduit, when the third eye is kissed before the foreheads are pressed against each other. The elixir put on the forehead is even more effective.

This can be done with every chakra, as you exchange through each one! It can be used on the ground to focus in a power spot. Mixed with a bit of menstrual blood (fresh only), and water, structured, preferably, it can be sprayed on the soil for plants to grow in vigorously and joyfully. But be aware that it could be used as a witness by any who wished to control it. Be sure your power is strong and wise. Any powerful Tantra attracts attention through the ethers. Be well trained if you begin to employ potent techniques.  You can attract attack by those entities trying to keep control of anything. They can even use your energy, try to stop it, direct it, confuse it, imprint it with fear.

Tantric Release Work

Be aware of what subconscious or irrational behavior or emotional patterns you may have. This is where doing Tantric release work, lymph massage, meridian work, pranayama (breathwork), hatha yoga, etc. comes in as a way to clean up your responses to things so you cannot be used as easily by what traditional Tantra would have seen  as demons. Particularly in Tibetan Tantra, much attention was focused on the proper relationship with the many levels of beings around them, non-tangible, but powerful.

Another traditional Tantric supplement is called amaroli. It is the ingestion of one’s own urine. Yogis do it because, for one thing, it increases the melatonin, thus helping produce a meditative state. It also has a good amount of DHEA hormone. Its use goes beyond hormones to all aspect of health. It is a sterile serum produced by the body in a brilliantly conceived way that restores health even with a few drops a day. This is a popular practice in India, and for many health-conscious people around the world.

Treating our own bodies with respect as tools for enlightenment is the key, and respecting them as well as everything else in nature is the proper attitude for being a Tantrik or Tantrika.
