Shiva is considered the Destroyer and symbolizes universal awareness whereas Shakthi is the Divine Mother, giving birth to everything that exists. Over time, tantric masters have learned that in order for a human to be successful both internally and externally,<strong> it is very important that we realize the Shakthi in ourselves</strong>. This basically means that everyone needs to be able to find the power within the soul so we can enhance spirituality and harmony.</p>

<p>Asana, a word from the Sanskrit language, is a specific body position practiced in Yoga. Sexual fantasies have become realities where adultery is the new celibacy. <em>It seems like every place on earth is falling victim to terrorism that changes the outlook on life.</em> Inflation keeps on rising that surprisingly is the reason for most of the problem.   </p>
<p><em>What a person can do when faced with so many unsolved problems? Who can turn to support when everything else has failed?</em> The simple answer to these questions is to keep your head up and keep believing in God and yourself that things will only get better.
